“I ordered this as a secret Santa present and it came slightly damaged on the corner (which was obviously done during delivery). I spoke to a member of the team at A1 Gifts and was advised to send a photograph of the damage which I did. With that, I had an apology email and another one was sent out to me via express delivery in a nice solid box and in perfect condition. Really really great service and a lovely product..
