“As I write this I haven't actually received the items!!!! They were ordered on 2nd January 2015 and are required before 23rd. Having spent the whole of yesterday afternoon trying to get through on the phone( permanently engaged!) And again this morning! I sent an email yesterday afternoon and almost 24 hours later- no response!!!! The phone line is not working, my husband tried the chat line and a message came up to say it was off line! I am very suspicious now- has A1 Gifts gone out of business???!!!!!”

“Glasses are beautiful and come in a lovely box, delivery also fast. I opted to have the glasses engraved and was slightly disappointed as one of the letters on both glasses has not come out clearly and has a section of the 'S' missing. Other than that, a super gift.”
