“Although I was very disappointed that one of the glasses was faulty I cannot fault the customer service. A replacement order was offered to me but I couldn't take the chance of another faulty item as it was too near the date of my friends ruby wedding anniversary so instead a full refund was made.”

“Goods arrived in very good time, well packaged and everything they said they would be. Only negative point was that a couple of the corners of the lovely red box, under the lid, were slightly frayed, but only a very slight detail. They are a very acceptable gift.”
