“Received product quickly but very disappointed that it arrived via Toll with a heavily damaged box with a hole punched through the awning bag. Not a knock on A1, they resolved the issue quickly with a replacement bag arriving within a couple of days free of charge. I have bought a few items now through A1 and they have been streets ahead in terms of price and customer service.”
“After having a couple cheaper brand awnings in the past i decided to spend a little extra and purchase the Sunseeker 2.5 awning for my new vehicle. we have since used the awning a few times at our local beach and are very happy with the purchase. The awning quality is sooo much better. The poles and fabric you can just tell they are higher quality and once set up withstands the wind with less movement and flapping.
Customer service from Rowan was second to none a credit to himself and the company. By far the best price i could find for the awning and roof racks i purchased.
I'm not usually one to leave feedback but in this case i thought the product and customer service deserved to be rewarded with a few honest and positive words.
