“Ordered 21/5. The rack wouldn't fit the receiver on our Subaru. Rocky Mounts were contacted by A1 roof racks and admitted that they had problems with some of them not fitting and would send another one. It is now the 19/6 and I have still not received it. Have been unable to mountain bike for all that time. Seriously poor customer service.”
“Great rack for the price. Easy to use and looks built to last. Everything felt really solid when putting it together, and loading & unloading the bikes is really simple. Bikes stay in place too, with very little movement. Time will tell for sure, but I'm pretty happy so far. Only little thing is that the locks supplied are made with plastic housings and don't seem very sturdy, but still work OK.”
