“I used it for the first time a week ago during a 3 day trip. Some light wind and rain. The awning is great as it covers the entire pantry section on my MT1 and the rear opening door. The ease of opening and closing is a dream for one person. I also purchased an extra bracket (it comes with 2) just to ensure there is more than enough support, as well as 3 extra legs (comes with one only). Even though it's rated a free standing awning in light wind I have been caught out with light wind before, which then turned almost gale force during the night. I also purchased 3 awning walls in case of windy/rainy weather. Well worth it.”
“Had the 30 second awning which was great but I wanted the bit extra coverage, the in built lighting, and the better look on the Prado. Super happy with this awning and I will be buying a wall kit for it in the future. Shameless plug, the Kaon rhino rack awning brackets are a must have for this also.”
