“I upgraded from the old style rhino rack to this new model. The new model is much noisier. There is lots of wind noise and a whistling sound even at low speeds. The powder coating is very thin, and I can actually see through it in some places. The coating totally wore off the old rack and I feel this one will be the same. Finally, the backbone mount didn't fit very well. The fold angles were a fair bit off which puts a lot of pressure on the roof structure.”
