“This rack cannot carry an XL and S mountain bike at the same time without damaging paintwork or needing to purchase additional parts. Currently trying to sell second-hand as freight to return is too expensive.”
“I'm happy with the quality of this bike carrier but I'm disappointed that it only works for the size and shape of a man's bike. My ladies cruiser bike and 2 x kids' bikes now need bike adapters so that we can use the carrier. This info should be included with the product information on the website.”
