“I thought the area where your fingers pull on the button would have been thicker to dampen the shock more. When you look at the picture it appears much thicker than it is . It needs to be thicker to do the job as advertised . Specs should be added to product so you know what you are getting. I’m disappointed , and would not recommend this product to other school bus drivers. I have to pull the brake 37 times in the morning and 37 times in the afternoon that shock you get each time you pull on that brake needs to be eliminated for this group of drivers. I now have to wear a brace on my right hand and will continue to do so to protect nerves in my right hand.”
