“Yes, this IS insulated! In NorCal I’ll probably only use this two months out of the year, or for easy spins on cold mornings. Beautifully made. Note that it is a true Medium; I’m 5’8”, 140 lbs and should probably have gotten a Small. Lots of room for layers!”
