“After couple of days of use I can confirm that this is an amazing product, though might not fit to everyone. I'm also certain that you won't get such comfort and quality for this price anywhere else, not with the free one day delivery. The customer service is also amazing due to quick response time and benevolence. I highly recommend this chair and you should do a little bit of research about what are you buying.”

“Seems well built and sturdy. The chair is comfy, and the arm rests have good adjustments. Stable when fully reclined which is nice, and you can get into an almost flat position. No complaints expect it to lasts at least as long as the Maxnomic chair it's replacing.”

“It's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend buying this particular model. The things I like: the foam used in the seat, back, and pillows make the chair much more comfortable to sit in as opposed to hard materials such as wood or plastic; the ability to rock the chair is quite fun; the materials feel durable. Things I don't like so much are: the lower back support cushion is loose and falls and rolls forward when one leaves the seat, the rocking lock does not stop the chair from rocking it just limits how far the seat rocks, reclining makes a significant amount of noise from the rubbing leather, and the paddles for lift and tilt/rock are not easy to reach while seated as they are small and rotate as opposed to acting like a lever and they are located under the protrusion of the arm rests. Also, the extra mouse pad is nice albeit very small, It is a very nice material and I think a chair upholstered in the same material would be very comfortable.”

“Really happy with the delivery time and the quality of this chair. I did order standard leather but the perforated leather was sent out but they offered a good will gesture or return for the correct chair. Couldn’t fault them for this, would order again based on this customer service.”
