“Chair came in a reasonably sized box, put together quite easily but had problems attacking the back of the chair to the sides, felt like I was forcing it more so and some of the hole weren't lined up. Arm rests are easily and well adjustable, just a little out for myself but really well done (not a complaint at all just personal preference). Very comfy chair, good quality, recline is nice and comfy, very easy to keep clean. The sides of the bottom of the chair do hold you in place very nicely for my size. The hydraulic recline? When you lean back? Left hand side lever, unaware if it meant to do this but if it's on it goes back nicely but quite stiff (as I'd like with a new chair) but when it's the other way it does still go back and doesn't "lock" still. Overall I really think it's worth the money and I'm very happy, my back and neck are grateful for this upgrade and I think I'll definitely get my money worth from this chair. I wanted something comfy that I could improve my posture in while long hours on the computer and I've what I wanted. I live in a small flat and it's not too big or bulky last my previous one, worth the purchase.”

“Looks sleek, very comfortable and made a great present for my 16yr old. The adjustable cushions work well. Its only drawback is if I lean too far forward on it it tips forward. However, my son is 5ft 10 and is tall enough to sit far enough back on the chair to avoid this happening to him. I think, at 5ft 4, I'm just too short for it!”

“This chair is amazing! I suffer with neck and back pain and the support this chair offers really helps me in these areas. I use the chair for working at home where I’m in the chair between 8-10 hours a day and it is really comfortable. The chair was also very easy to set up, I would highly recommend!”

“Good quality product with speedy delivery. A very comfortable chair with a luxury feel. I’m very happy with my purchase. Assembly was generally straightforward however it wasn’t clear which direction was the front of the block which attaches to the base of the chair.”
