“Amazing quality chair, especially for the price. I'm 6ft 3, and this chair is the perfect height for me and my work desk. Great to finally have a chair that I can rest my head on while working from home, most chair's headrests end up supporting my upper back. Lumbar and head rest pillows are quiet firm but comfortable, and have done my back a world of good. I use this chair for working from home and gaming so I've been in it 10-11 hours some days, and there hasn't been an ounce of discomfort. Only two niggles, the arm rests could be a little closer, I've moved them in as far as they'll go and my arms still slip off from time to time when typing on my keyboard, and my arms are quiet long. The tilt lock has a little give in it, I'd say about 2 inches of tilt when in the locked position, not noticeable if you've the chair at an almost 90 degree angle as your weight pulls the chair down but when you recline, that 2 inch tilt becomes noticeable. I'm used to a tilt lock having no give from my office chair (back when we worked in offices), so this took a little getting used to. Not sure if this is a fault in the tilt mechanism on my specific unit though, so maybe take this with a pinch of salt. All in all, this is a fantastic chair, certainly a lot more comfortable than chairs in the same price bracket, and for me personally, this chair is much better for my posture than the chairs marketed as ergonomic for much higher prices, as the lumbar and head cushions are not restricted in their movements, so I can put them in the optimum place for my body. If abroco could move the arm rests in a little more, or give the option to do so, and remove the tilt discrepancy when the tilt lock is engaged, I'd give this chair five stars in a heartbeat.”
