“Bought this one and a XSW12E to replace aging wireless mics in the church. The tonal quality of the 65 is rich and warm compared to the one that it replaced. The super-cardioid pick up pattern makes it more useful for lectern readings where the reader is not close to the microphone and having the battery condition displayed at the receiver is really useful for a church that doesn't want to install new batteries for every service. Having a pad switch on the transmitter is useful for operators who know how the mic is going to be used but I expect that it will mainly be left on one position. However, for a quality and reliable budget wireless mic the XSW range is hard to beat.”

“Manual a little ambiguous, but all set up and working OK now. Doing what I expected it to do. Shame the charging unit is so expensive and therefore need to rely on replacement batteries.”
