“I ordered a gimbal cover and used the photo for the item to make sure I was ordering the correct replacement. I paid for expedited shipping. I ordered on 8/5, received notification it was going to ship on 8/8, it actually shipped on 8/11, and arrived on 8/13. I opened it to find out that the cover I received is not the one pictured that I thought I had ordered.”
