“The CDC chargers (2), in different orders, both were from old stock, earlier in this year CDC redesign the Autel charger with a larger fan. The contracts and battery fit was very poor and did not connect properly and would vibrate loose. I contacted CDC CEO with my revision ideals and they responded with two prototypes for me to test and the third one was a charm. This one I just receive was the original design from old stock. CEO from CDC, Johnny, is sending be a new revision with a return label to send him the old stock I received. CDC has been very accommodating.”
