“The device is slow and the performance is choppy when trying to scroll maps, etc. If you attempt to use the poorly documented magnetic connector and also plug in the USBc cable, it will "overvoltage" the device and it immediately becomes a brick. I would expect the device to protected itself in this scenario or, at the very least, they should have some big orange stickers over the ports saying to never use both of the ports at the same. time. The first time the device bricked, it was probably because I had both plugs attached at the same time. To their credit, they replaced it but they did not share this "overvoltage" problem until after the second one bricked. Now they are saying they will not warranty it and that it is $650 to replace it. This whole thing has been an expensive disaster and I regret taking a chance on this company. Their mailing address is at a place called "Private Postal Systems" in a Miami strip mall. They do not appear to have a legitimate warehouse or storefront. Based on my experience, this is a small-time operation and they cannot properly design or support their technology.”
