Dear Connor,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’ve attempted to contact you several times to help resolve the issue, but we haven’t received a response yet. As already outlined in our emails, please note that, in order for a lesson to show up as completed, the entire video needs to be watched without any skipping or fast-forwarding, and all of the test questions and practice quiz questions need to be answered correctly, and the user needs to click on the next session/finish course button at the bottom of the lesson. Our system is designed this way to ensure the students go through the entire lesson.
If you have tried these steps and are still having issues, do not hesitate to contact our support team so that we can help you further.

Hello,
we've checked our system and it's correct, you've passed the mentioned module.

“Really bad UI/UX. Have to watch video through but no indication of when you've completed the course. No indication of if you've completed the quiz correctly and at multiple points even when the answer was correct, it wouldn't register and so I'd have to go back and and into the course, watch the video through again and repeat. Wasted a lot of time and will cause participant to spend more time trying to get through the content and around the weird UX/UI than the actual content of the course.”
