“I bought the eternal optimist bottle/reeds/oil and loved it so much I bought x2 refills, but there is no smell coming from it, unless you sniff the bottle directly, so the refills are useless as room fragrance devices. So disappointed. I have contacted Aery to let them know and to see if a resolution can be found. There were no reeds sold with the refill so I have used x2 different types of reeds but doesn't seem to make a difference.... a real shame and waste of money (sadly!)”
