“I highly recommend the Level One and Two Online Teacher Training course. I completed them both over one weekend, and while, as essentially a beginner drummer, it was a lot to take on board, I am glad I completed both together as the second level built so closely on the first. Having access to the course booklets and other resources means one can easily go back to refresh the memory. Absolutely loved the immersive method of instruction where we experienced the course both from the point of view of a student learning the drum combined with explicit guidance on teaching strategies. Experiencing it this way provided an insight into potential issues my students might face, such as moments of overwhelm, whilst providing me with the knowledge and skills to support, encourage and lead them into participating with confidence.”

“I completed Level One online and, at the end of the day, was abuzz with ideas and activities to teach my primary school students! Alastair was a terrific teacher and the day was certainly worthwhile! I learnt basic drumming techniques and patterns, and found the hard copy drumming book easy to use (and jotted down notes in it as we went!) I would highly recommend this course to beginners - just do it!!!!! You will love it!!”
