“I just returned home from a 7 day long range fishing trip down to Baja and out the islands for Bluefin. This “over night bag” travel bag is totally ideal for trips like this. It has enough pouches and dedicated pockets to help keep every thing organized, right down to the dirty/fishy/bloody clothes compartment in the bottom. At first I thought it might of been a little over engineered, but after packing it for this trip I was very happy to have purchased this bag. It is very cool, places for your passport, wallet, electric razor ( blade shaving in big water is not cool, I don’t dig having a hobo beard, sorry, I don’t like looking like a bum) the construction of this bag is really well made. I’m not surprised, but it exceeded my expectations. I have other over night bags I have used over the years, but nothing designed for men. Not to brag, but this is my 4th trip in the last 6 weeks on a boat. I also travel for a living as a nature guide, so I’m totally stoked on this bag. I am very curious to how long it will last, really. I had a 5 week job in Alaska 2 years ago and I bought a new overnighter for that trip and it was destroyed before I returned home. I always try to buy quality gear (can’t look cheap in front of clients) *do not want to bash on other overnight bag companies, not cool* I confess, I’m hard on gear, but I really feel good about this bag, it may last a few years. I am considering buying another bag just like it if continues to hold up as it did on the last trip. We will be hitting up the “Tuna Grounds” out of Monterey in less than two weeks. >who cares about my itinerary? I’m writing this for you< Well, it’s time to unpack it and repack it. I like to keep it packed, you never know when you need to leave immediately. I’m sure you all can relate to someone/you saying “I can’t go, I need time to pack!!!” Anyway, at this point I highly recommend this product. AFTCO has done it again, enjoy!”
“Nice bag with good construction. Only thing that could make it better is if it were bigger for 3-4 days. Love the underside compartment for dirty clothes.”
