“I ordered the mint shorts in size 20 for my 4 year old from a verified boutique in Metter, GA. The waist is incredibly tight (and he’s a skinny kid) and the legs are very baggy. They were final sale so I could not return them. I am wondering if they are supposed to be like this?”
