“I have tried EVERY company's sun shirt as I am very fair skinned and get literally sun sick. Patagonia, Simms, Stio all have been good, but let me tell you the HOOD is the deal maker. I'm not sure what other people who complained about it are talking about. The hood pushes it to the top of the list. I wish it was a little cooler, but nothing is perfect. It dries super quick and seems to be hydrophobic. Cost point is awesome and I bought all the colors after comparing to my best Patagonia during a week of high 90's. Aftco has won me over. I also have 2 of their button downs as well and plan to get more offerings. If you get sun sick look no further than this hoodie. I promise it will be your favorite!!”
“I love it, so I ordered a second size. I have 2 sizes a (M) for wearing alone on hot days, and a (L) for layering up on cooler days. I wish the lip on the hoodie had a little more lip to fit more secure over the bill of a cap, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Jason came up with a nice concept. “Very comfortable and functional. The hood set up worked great for me with the regular old ball cap, no problems. Zipped completely up the face portion was perfect and didn’t feel stifling like I find the buffs to be. For me the sizing on all of the sun type shirts seem to run small. I’m a true XL and if I wear an XL it’s too tight, I always size up one. AFTCO gear is top notch and has become my go to, thanks!”
