“I'm not going to lie, this shirt does a better job with keeping the sun off than others that I've had. The material is great and the fish stains come out much better than I imagined. There are just a few things that I think they can improve on. 1. More sun coverage on the hands. The thumb holders help a bit with covering the wrist but leaves the whole back of your hand exposed. A true thumb hole would be better than the current option. Hands and feet are the highest occurrence of skin cancer in men.2. Larger hood and or longer sleeves. I personally find that the hood is a bit small when using a hat. Coupled with the thumb holders, the hood then has a lot of tension and then ends up creeping off of the hat holder, exposing the face more to sun. I don't have particularly long arms either.3. I wish the zipper came up higher and there was more material in the hood for more face coverage. Right now with a hat and fully zipped, the nose is often exposed and again the hood is not large enough to accommodate the brim holderI would still recommend this product, but wish AFTCO had a piece in there line that would have full coverage yet breathable. Sun is no joke and if you are out there for hours on end for countless years it will take a toll if you're not careful. Tight lines all!”
