“I never go fishing without it. It is my go to fishing and son shirt. I love the way my baseball cap visor fits in the special slot in the hood. I probably have worn this shirt and washed it 50 times, and it is still as fresh as when I purchased it”
“A little heavy for my liking, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. My overall objective with this shirt was for the hood to stay on instead of constantly blowing off while the boat was under power or the wind blew like other shirts in the past...An it does just that! Overall happy with my purchase!”
“If you don’t like to wear a separate buff (including one built into a shirt), these are the best sun-defending fishing shirts I’ve tried (and I’ve tried many). The zippered hood keeps sun off your neck and keeps the hood in place without being tight or covering your mouth. My two recommended changes: (1) use lighter weight material — something more like that used on the AFTCO Ninja fishing shirts — as the material in the current JC shirts is too heavy for warm days; (2) make the shirts in lighter colors as the current dark colors tend to get too warm on hot days.”
“I'd like it more if the material was a bit lighter. The design is great, but the hat-keeper lip needs to be bigger if it's going to stay kept during windy conditions and lots of head movement. Really like not having to wear a buff.”
