“I have bad skin that sunburns quickly. Like, in a half hour, I fry. I have been using SPF 50 sunscreen while fishing for years and years. I hate the grease, hate getting it on my fishing equipment, etc.I bought one of these and some gamma ray pants and some AFTCO gloves. I went out fishing on a bluebird sky bright sun day all day and did not sunburn at all, with no sunscreen (I added a baseball hat and sunglasses for full coverage. I was comfortable too. I love this stuff. I ordered a second shirt, pants, and gloves so I can have two sets for fishing trips. LOVE this stuff.(Also, I wear sandals and light wool hiking socks for my feet - they are cooler than wearing shoes and make the whole set work well). The AFTCO stuff is expensive but SO worth it for me. For this shirt, I ordered a 2XL and it fits absolutely perfectly on me. My normal t-shirt size is either a 2XL or a 3XL depending on the cut, so I'd say this was true to size for me, if anything just a bit roomy, but it fits perfectly on me.”
