“I bought a pair of the Tactical Fishing Shorts a few weeks ago and since getting them, they have become my ‘go to’ shorts; I love them! They’re light weight, feel good and fit well. I decided to purchase a second pair. Placed my order and thought all was well. Later I received an order confirmation email and when I looked at it, I discovered I ordered the wrong size. My bad. I sent a quick email off to AFCTO customer service to see if they could do something for me seeing how the order had not shipped out yet. The response I received was basically “the orders been placed, nothing we can do”. I was rather ticked off at the lackluster response so I sent another, admittedly rather snarky email. Well, that apparently did the trick. Next thing you know I get several emails in rapid succession letting me know the shipping manager was able to pull the package off the FedEx truck and they would be sending out the correct size the following day. Now why that didn’t happen to begin with is beyond me but ultimately they stepped up to the plate and exceeded my expectations. Good for them. I’m once again a happy customer and will no doubt tell friends and family about the great products and terrific customer service at AFTCO,”
