Finally found a pair of rain pants that actually kept me dry all day! I wore them on deck 3 days in a row in Alaska and my pants never got wet. Pouring rain, water splashing over the side rails, spraying fish slime off with the hose. Not a drop made it through! I’m 210# 6’2” and the large size was perfect. Plenty of adjustments available for additional height, and weight if yours a bit heavier. I have my pulled in all the way in the abdomen.

I wish I would of bought these long time ago. I like the way they fit and not bulky. I love the way they sit on my shoulders. 5'11 & 180 lbs fits great into the Medium. Great product.

I really like them. Only wore them twice so far. Don’t care for the flap pretty much stopping you from going to the bathroom. The thred also came apart at the bottom of the zipper where it meats the lining. Took it to the dry cleaners they fixed it. Other than that I really like them.

Fit was fine. craftmanship was fine. Have fished in some very cold wet weather and the suit performed well. Some cons: leg opening little too small. Flap makes it very difficult to relieve yourself. Almost impossible to access anything under the bibbs (pants pockets or shirt pockets). Limited Pockets. Now if this was the only suit I have ever owned I may not even have know these things were an issue and would have learned to work around and deal with it but this is where my experience goes south and makes me disappointed in the purchase...I bought this suit to treat myself thinking I was making a major upgrade from the suit I was using before I purchased the AFTCO brand but this turned out to be, in my opinion, a waste of money. I still own a suit from Academy Sports. H2O Express. Paid $99 for jacket and $99 for the Bibbs. The suit is every bit as good as the hydronaut and I have NONE of the mentioned issues as I do with the Hydronaut. Do I think the Hydronaut is a good suit? Yes. With a few annoying but manageable issues when compared to other options. Ironically Academy no longer sales the H2O suit. Sum it up...Hydronaut is a good suit but not worth $500 when manufacturers can clearly make an equal at far less prices but the bigger names wont allow it.
