“I read the FAQ which stated their return policy. However when receiving this jacket it ran too big. Ok, not a big deal... go to return it, and the App specifically tells me THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE. Okay so I write customer service about it, and they ignored me with two separate emails. I will never buy from AFTCO again. The quality of the two jackets I got were only so-so anyways. So buyer BEWARE about their returns AND their customer service.”
