“I have just returned from Kodiak,Alaska on my fourth fishing trip in Alaska. I upgraded my salt water gear this year prior to my trip. I ordered the Reapor wind proof jacket. Full zipper. I have nothing but good to say about this jacket for my application. I fished 6 days on salt water in some Alaskan harsh conditions. To start, this jacket packed well in my carry on, not to bulky. It provided good wind protection however in a brisk wind I could feel a slight coolness through the zipper. The hood & integrated face mask worked great. The jacket repelled light rain and I wore a rain jacket over the Reaper jacket in heavier rain. I did layer under the jacket and never got cold. I spend a lot of time reading reviews prior to purchase but never, until now have I ever written a review myself. That being said, I give this jacket a 5/5 for what I used it for. I am 5’11” 190 lbs and a Large was perfect.
