“My contact was kind and helpful. But after returning one jacket and receiving a second jacket that has the same issue I was told there is nothing wrong with the jacket. If someone would slide their arms in returned jacket it would be obvious. A contact and a new jacket would change my opinion.”
“Great fit and ease of movement. Have not gotten to use it in wet conditions yet and hopefully won’t have to for a while either. It’s a great suit for cold weather and cuts the wind real nice. I ended up having to purchase an XL jacket and L bib”
“Ordered an on sale hydronaut suit in small and was too tight. I based size on their sizing information. I wear a 44S in suit jacket and their small jacket is sized 50. The website said the product was not returnable but because it said they had free returns when I ordered, I called the Company, and they sent me a return label for a refund with no hassles. Would have exchanged for a larger size but they were out of stock. I am 5' 8" and the suit fit my arm and inseam length perfectly, other suits I've bought are always too long. I think it would be better if you gave them your measurements and they recommended a size for you. It is hard to find rainsuits cut for short and wide people, so if you're one of them, you might want to talk with someone before ordering.”
“i purchased the Hydronaut insulated coat to go with the hydronaut bib for fishing up at Lake Erie this winter. The coat fits perfectly and is everything it is advertised as.....I couldnt be happier!!! Thecustomer service staff is knowledgeable and professional and helpful. THANK YOU AGAIN for the excellent products......and i have bought 4 of the reaper hoodies as well in the last month and super happy with them as well,”
“Overall, I’m super impressed with the outcome of this purchase. This was worn in a heavy downpour with 40-60 mph winds. Not one drop of water was on my t shirt. It is a little toasty in the summer months but that comes with the “insulated” part. Cant wait to try it out in the fall/winter with cold conditions. Beyond satisfied.”
