“I fish my local ponds and small rivers from a canoe. I needed a sun pant I could wade to launch, and wade to fish smallmouth in. It’s been hot in Chicagoland this summer. These pants work great. True fit, and I love the full draw strings. The rear zipper pocket and Velcro side pocket are a nice feature. They dry fast, are are very comfortable, don’t make you feel hot or restricted. And yes, they would be fine on a barstool also.”
“Great for hot weather. I bought these right before a kayak fishing tourney in Ocean City Maryland...it was 91 degrees four straight days on the water. They performed great and all the grime and fish blood washed right out...wore them to dinner the last night. Cool as a cucumber. I’ll get a couple more pairs so I can rotate them into the wash and my wife will let me back in the house when I get home.”
“AWESOME pants. The pliers pocket is reinforced so you do not have to worry about stabbing your leg or putting a hole in your pants. Really light and thin to keep you cool. The only thing I would like to see change is the size of the belt loops. It would be nice if they were thicker or wider almost like the back loop but not as big. Other than that I highly recommend these pants.”
