Urban Angler Backpack Reviews

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Excited to put it through it's paces and get a ton of use out of it this season. This bag is replacing a smaller military backpack that's bigger than this but I was looking for a minimalist backpack that would be comfy all day, carry a second rod and not carry and much stuff when on a fishing trip. This bag will help me pair down my tackle and only carry the essentials and not overthink it. Stoked on this.

If you are a bank fisherman this is a game changer. This is lightweight & holds all your necessities. Would buy again definitely.

This pack is perfect for my needs in almost all of my fishing outings. When I bank fish I have just what I need with me and it fits behind the seat of my kayak perfectly. My 2pc spinning rod fits in the rod holder both put together and disassembled (good for traveling through the woods or throwing it in the back seat of my car. I love the plastic bag compartment to keep my soft plastics organized. I love all of my AFTCO gear and this bag is worth the money! To all my fellow vets don't forget to register your GOVX acct for the discount which will cover the $15 shipping fee!

The backpack is nice but I really didn’t need the water bladder or the plastic pouches. Probably could be $10 or $20 cheaper without that stuff.

Without the water bladder, I’m really able to jam this thing full of a surprising amount of stuff. Great for us bank fisherman that cover a lot of water and hop from spot to spot.
