“These are very well made. The option to tighten the waist to shorten the length of the pant length is great. They also have the shoulder Velcro to since up the overall bibs. I wear a 12 in pants and I am 64 or 5'4.I am naturally heavy but mostly in a muscular curvy way. I work out and lift weights. I naturally have large breasts so the chest is a bit tight , but I will manage. I wear a 38GI wanted to purchase the Large because my waist size was with in the perimeters set by the sizing. I was hoping those Velcro on the shoulders would allow for more room in the bust area by letting out Velcro but the system was not made for that. The Velcro basically is a one piece that allows you to bring up the bibs and stay flush against your body. I could have considered the XL to make room for my bust but I was afraid other places would be way too baggy. So its a double edge sword. The large sizing maximum size is 40.5 . I guess the only way to fix this problem would wither develope a adjustable bust circumference for women who have larger busts or extend the Large chest size up a little and then those shoulder velcro would probably be able to help adust for any bagginess in the chest if the female has a smaller chest size that fits within the Large sizing perimeters. Or maybe as some stretch ...? These are meant for women so having options in the chest would help all sizes of women. Bust size doesn't always correlate to the size of the woman. Just like a woman who wears a size 4 or6 can have a large chest. But I doubt they would be able to fit into their appropriate size bibs . They would have to size up just because she has bigger bust but everything else would be baggy. So bust size that can be adjusted would be fantastic. I paid a lot for these and I rather not exchange them. I got these for cold weather deep sea fishing in the north east.”
“I'm a 12 in pants 5'4 . Muscular curvy build. I work out. These leggings fit well around the waist, buttock, thighs but when I tried to pull them up the circumference was too small to fit comfortably around the knees if the incident guard fabric was to cover any part of my knee. The stretch just wasn't there because the fabric behind the knee and rash guard have very minimal stretch. I don't have chubby knees so it was quite disappointing. Luckily I'm only 64 so the guards will have to stay along my shins. I had to go online to see if they are suppose to be over the knee or shin because the fit was a bit off. Tight .I can slightly being those guards up but I hear thread snapping . Eek so I'll keep them because they do fit in the crotch. The length is long enough for me to bring them up. I would like to see a more of a stretch fabric in the ventilation fabric behind the knee and or in the thread and possibly in the guard fabric. Getting some compression fabric would allow for stretch for all sizes of women who fit into large and still be as a second skin. I gave a conservative 4 stars for this issue. Otherwise these are great. I will use these deep sea a fresh water fishing. I purchased the waterproof woman's bibs so I will use these leggings underneath the bibs for colder weather out on the ocean.I can add a review after I go out this October for a six pack deep sea fishing trip. To see how they work with this knee issue. Xl size would be way to big in the waist. So I'll work around the knee issue.”
“My husband picked me up a set of Hydronaut Bibs for Valentines Day and I LOVE them. It's so tough to find women's rain gear, and these are perfect. I'm 5'3 & about 115, and they're the perfect length with a pair of fishing boots on. I dont like being cold or getting splashed on a ride out, and these are really easy on/off :) They provide warmth for cold months or mornings/evenings when there's still some chill in the air as you're heading out and across the water, and definitely keep you dry!”
“Really friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the products and future products. Bibs and jacket appear to be for cool to cold weather as well as heavy rain.”
