“Product working as intended. Good sound quality for its price, RGB lighting a nice bonus to have especially for my rgb setup, size is bigger than the 1st Katana but still good for PC setup. Software & app pretty lackluster.
Do not set firmware update on auto and do not update firmware immediately upon use. Creative firmware updates are known to change sound quality, not necessary for the worst but might not be to the user's liking and downgrading firmware is a major pain. Check update notes and feedback from users first before updating.”
