“OVerall the machine is very good howev er, i do have a complaint. Some USB slots have bad connection especially with my mouse. This is the same for my bluetooth headphones as well. Sometimes they would disconnect randomly for 1 second and turn back on. I know this is a hardware problem of the computer because I had 0 trouble with both my accessories in 2 other devices i currently use (laptops) as well as my old computer.”
“Great help over the phone when I was ordering remotely. They took the time to explain all the pros/cons of the components etc. delivery time within the specified time range and when I called to discuss something I didn’t understand they walked me through it, which was great. I couldn’t find the mousepad I ordered but.
Will buy from aftershock again.

“Dont no what to put hear. Never had any problems when i ordered new system. Took a few days longer then originaly told in emails, but that was due to EFY sale and how bus they was. Always anwsering emails quickly and keeping me upto date with everything. So top marks from my end hear.”
