Table Top Polish as the name indicates was specially manufactured for table tops, also referred to as heat resistant polish, french polishes are generally not durable enough for the wear and tear and heat associated with tables tops so a special mix was formulated with the addition of melamine, Table Top Polish is the most durable french polish in the range and transparent in appearance, Fiddes Tabletop Polish is easy to apply, combining a traditional Shellac finish with that extra degree of durability. ÂSuitable for all fine furniture, doors, cabinet work and panelling.Preparation is as always extremely important and special attention is recommended to achieve the desired finish. Fiddes range of Shellac Polishes are ideally suited for application on top of N.G.R Stains, Vandyke and Naptha Wood Stains.ÂApplication: by French Polishing Mop, brush or rubber.Drying time: approx 20-30 minutes.Coverage: approx 8 sq meters per litre, the number of coats required will depend on the type of timber and finish required, minimum 3 coats but can be as high as 6 coats.Thinners: Table Top thinner.ÂNB.
