High Performance Commercial is a two-pack, water-borne polyurethane lacquer/varnish.ÂFor pre-finished or untreated, newly installed or sanded wooden floors in commercial areas with high levels of traffic and extreme wear, can also be used in any domestic property. Low-odour, quick drying.ÂHP Commercial is a low odour, quick drying lacquer floor finish and will not change the colour of the timber leaving a natural finish.Untreated or new wood floors require a pre treatment with Junckers Prelak Primer or Junckers Pro-Seal.Combined with Junckers Pro-Seal as a first coat creates the appearance of an oiled floor finish with all the benefits of a hard wearing water-borne lacquered finish.ÂFor a slip resistant finish, apply one coat of Junckers HP Friction Plus as a top coat.For daily/weekly cleaning use Junckers Silva cleaner. orÂJunckers sylva polish which is a cleaning and maintenance polish in-one for lacquered wooden floors alsoÂprovides a water-repellent film.Use Junckers Sylva Strip to remove old built up polish when required and then apply a fresh coat of Sylva Polish.
