“I was skeptical if this water bottle at first but I wanted an alternative to flavored drinks! Sparkling water doesn’t work for everyday and flavored waters tend to make me more thirsty so I hit the bullet and bought the insulated black bottle. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
- really works! I can taste the flavors! Me and my wife couldn’t stop laughing of how surprising it worked
- tons of flavors! The amount of flavors they have makes me want to try them all to find out which one I like most!
- seems to last a good while! I spent a week with one flavor and I tasted it all week! (I switched to a different flavor so I haven’t tried how long one single pod lasts) So don’t worry about flavors running out fast.
- you can turn it off and on!! I work both outdoors and indoors so when I’m outdoors I turn it off cause water is the best thing on a hot day but inside I’m tempted to have sweet drinks so I can just turn it on and off when it suits me best
Cons:
- when the flavor is “on” the flow of water almost feels like it’s a straw with a hole in it. But that’s to mix the flavor in as you sip. So I pushed through and eventually it didn’t bother me.
-different pricing for different flavors. And inconsistent packaging. Like some flavors are more expensive than other and come in different counts which is kind of annoying but eh.
- this is a con depending on how you drink water. But the straw is big. So you can take in lots of water! Which I don’t mind but I finish my water so fast . Do with that information what you will.
-my worst complaint about this is probably just that the lid is a screw on lid. So I have to unscrew it every time which is tedious and makes me have to find a place to set the lid down somewhere cause it a kind of big. So when I’m outside I try not to drink as often as every second counts for me.
So I believe this water bottle is the perfect solution to flavored drinks while not taking in all the sugar and calories. While physically it’s kind of a bulky design, it’s comfortable to carry and use. The many flavors make me want to go and try them all to find my favorite. So far tangerine and peach are my favorite!”
“This is such a unique idea that someone came up with. I first tried the watermelon and was shocked that you actually do get the flavor without anything added to the water. It is not strong or overpowering but you do get the flavor.”
“So when I first started air up I got the standard charcoal grey bottle and pods, I’ve since bought new color straps and mouth piece and I LOVE THEM. My favorite so far is the purple, it’s such a nice shade and it always catches my eye making me drink more water every time I see it. I love how much you can customize your bottles!!!
