Hey Sam, we're very sorry that you had problems with our bottle. It's super important that a pod is always on the bottle and that the lid is screwed on tightly (here it can also be that the strap is no longer centred) so that all air holes are well sealed. Please make sure that the bottle is assembled correctly and that the straw and the pod are carefully put in place.
