“Nu cunosc inca detaliile si suma pe care urmeaza sa o primim dar in cazul meu a fost un refuz la imbarcare deoarece eram impreuna cu fiica mea si nu ne puteam desparti si apoi pt un loc a fost overbooking,din aceasta cauza compania nu ne.a oferit nimic nici alternativa nici alt zbor care era peste 4 zile,deci a trebuit sa cerem ajutorul prietenilor sa imprumutam bani si sa cumparam alte bilete care au fost destul de scumpe plus ca aveam 2 escale,am ajuns acasa peste 2 zile mai tirziu,vi se pare normal?”
