“I had a similar experience with air help and even though they were initially very efficient in the end they didn’t manage to get any sort of refund for a delayed flight, missed connecting flight, delayed and damaged baggage. So I’m honestly not expecting much…”

“Doresc recuperarea prejudiciului creat ca urmare a refuzului unui angajat la Compania aeriană Wizz Air de a accepta îmbarcarea.Acesta a invocat motive nepotrivite despre mine fără dovezi concrete și a refuzat orice comunicare de a oferi alternative și a rezolva situația în mod amiabil ,odată ce eu am plătit un serviciu și costuri suplimentare.Mulțumesc pentru înțelegere!”
