“The service was Good apart from their deduction of 50% fees. Why the case has been put up to legal department, it is difficult to understand that why they have to reach up to the stage of legal procedure and if it has been done, then customers should be given all the details about , Legal procedure with a full transparency because we have to take a word in good faith that Air Advisor have used the legal services”
