“It is not clear when one fills out the complaint what the charge will be. They take a major cut of any refund. It would be useful to know that amount ahead of time.”

“Enorm viele Schritte aber alle absolut logisch und sinnvoll:)) Hochladen sowie Verständlichkeit sind überall gewährleistet; also jetzt schon super Job und wenn ihr sogar noch Geld für mich zurückholt bin ich vollends von eurer Arbeit entzückt;) Versucht im Google Ranking hochzukommen.. habe euch erst beim vierten Mal ausführlich recherchieren und Flugentschädigungsrechner ausprobieren entdeckt (gute Suchwörter in meinen Augen: Entschädigung Flug Verspätung/Ausfall, Flugentschädigungsrechner)”
