“Submitted claim with AirAdvisor (MissedFlights?) back in May 2022 and finally got compensation 14 months later although this may well be down to the airline's slow response time to any claims made against them rather than AirAdvisor. So, took a long time but overall happy with the result as got money back for the inconvenience and additional money I had to spend on hotels at the time”
