Olá! Agradecemos o seu feedback. Note-se que a comissão da nossa empresa é de 30%. Só cobramos 50% de comissão se a companhia aérea se recusar a pagar uma indemnização e temos de remeter o caso a um advogado e iniciar um processo judicial. Como a acção judicial requer custos adicionais, temos de cobrar 50% de comissão para cobrir parte dos custos. Obrigado pela vossa compreensão!
