“Este neimaginat de neplăcuta experiența Nu este posibil ca după o săptămâna sa nu reușesc sa obțin un răspuns in legătura cu rambursarea pentru zborul pe care l ați anulat Toate linkurile pe care sunt trimisa nu dau un răspuns concret și ma plimba dintr o parte in alta De sunat nici nu se pune problema pentru ca in Weekend nu se lucrează …….. incredibil”

Bună! Apreciem recenzia dumneavoastră. Recenzia ta este despre AirAdvisor sau despre compania aeriană? Din câte văd eu, abia ieri ați depus o plângere la compania noastră. De asemenea, nu vă putem anula zborul, deoarece nu suntem o companie aeriană. Vă rugăm să clarificați dacă recenzia dvs. este legată de performanța AirAdvisor? Ne-ar ajuta să fim mai buni. Bună! Va multumim pentru contributie. Datele noastre arată că ați aplicat doar ieri. Managerii noștri încearcă să proceseze cererile zi de zi, dar, din păcate, perioada de vară este întotdeauna foarte aglomerată, așa că ne cerem scuze. “Update to review below: I changed this review from 2 stars to 5, because Air Advisor resolved this quickly and I received my compensation. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Air Advisor! I never actually received the compensation. I received the letter saying I would be compensated within 30 days, but the 30 days passed and no compensation was deposited into my account. My boyfriend received his, so I emailed Air Advisor letting them know I had not received mine and never heard back. I even re-added my banking information. I would give 5 stars if I had actually received the compensation and I hope it’s something that gets resolved. I am grateful that they fought this case and won.”
