“When first submitted claim was told I would receive 800 euros then when you submitted my claim to the airline you changed the amount to 400 euros without any notification to me and I have tried to make contact with in regards to this and had no reply”

Hello! We appreciate your feedback. Please note that the compensation is calculated in accordance with the legislation (EC Regulation 261/2004) and depends on the distance between the airport of departure and arrival. We do not set the compensation amount ourselves. Thank you for understanding!
