“O valor da compensação é razoável para a situação, no entanto foi-me comunicado inicialmente que a comissão seria de 30% face ao meu processo quando na realidade foi cobrada 50% da comissão total. Tendo em conta que tive gastos na ordem dos 130€ com o cancelamento do voo e apenas acabo por receber 200€ (50% da compensação), a minha compensação real é de 80€. Ou seja, menor do que o valor que me foi cobrado pelo procedimento (supostamente com advogados externos e que não tenho meio de comprovar a realidade desses factos). Numa próxima situação que venha a ocorrer, não recorrerei aos vossos serviços.”
