“Flight delay compensation is acceptable, the 3hrs plus I lost, gave me no time to have my dinner at Amsterdam Airport before my transfer flight was due, plus my luggage not being transferred to my flight makes the amount a little more acceptable. Although I fly KLM a lot this is the very first time I have had issues, I will probably still fly KLM in the near future.”
